Ordering Information

PLACE AN ORDER online anywhere in the world.  We also accept:

  • Phone Orders through our Tel No. 1-732-684-4116
  • Email Orders can be sent to sales@peilingceramics.com .  Simply type any information about what you want and we will send you a customized "Invoice" for your convenience.
  • Mail Orders with check or money order directly to our P.O. Box address indicated on your invoice.
  • INTERNATIONAL.  All international orders are handled individually. Email us with your item and shipping address, and we'll send you a quote for your total.  Our stores ship to all locations worldwide.  Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.  You will receive an email order confirmation immediately upon order submisson.  Your receipt of this order does not signify our final acceptance nor does it constitute an agreement to sell unless otherwise all order information has been reviewed.  Prices and all other information pertaining to your order are subject to verification.  Pei-Ling Ceramics reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason, most likely unavoidable.

ORDER PROCESSING.  Payment shall be made before orders are processed.  All creditcard purchase are subject to address verification, if your billing information does not match your creditcard file, we may notify or request for more informtation through telephone or email.  This is done to protect both parties.  We will also notify you of any revisions required, if any, and request for your approval before we finalize your order.  We shall not be held responsible if your order is delayed due to issues related to verification.

ORDER CANCELLATION.  You may cancel your order if item(s) is not yet shipped or personalization has not been done.  Please email a request immediately along with your order number at sales@peilingceramics.com or call us at Tel. 732-684-4116.  In most cases, production begins within 24 hours of your order and we will make every attempt to cancel your order.  Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or 25% restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.

Delivery Schedule

Each item is custom-made and created individually for you or your recipient.  Therefore, the production timeframe may vary with the products you order.  Please allow 1 to 5 business days for UPS Ground Transit and the following number of days for production: 

  • Non-personalized items (3 to 5 business days)
  • Personalized items (5 to 7 business days) / Customized items (7 to 10 business days)
  • For special occasions with specific deadline, please email or contact us before or after placing your order to find out if we can expedite your order. 
  • We double our inventory during holiday season, most items can be shipped within 3 days(personalized or non-personalized).  If you place your order and we calculate that the arrival time will not make it before the 25th of December, we will contact you immediately for re-confirmation of your order.

Customer Service & Return Policy

Each item is hand-painted and may have slight differences compared to the sample pictures.  We may or may not change the design or alter the colors to accomodate the improvement of an item.

All of our items carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  All returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to sender.

BREAKAGE.  If your items were damaged in shipping, email or contact us immediately and set aside the merchandise with its original packaging within 7 days for UPS inspection.  We will replace the item if it is in-stock or full-credit refund if out-of-stock It iadvisable to inspect the items upon receipt since we cannot place claims or accept returns after 30 days.

DEFECTIVEIf your items are found defective or damaged, email or contact us immediately and we will provide you a confirmation with "Return Address" for replacement or a full-credit refund , the item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. 

SATISFACTION.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and merchandise. If you wish to return the item you have purchased, email or contact us immediately for a confirmation with "Return Address", and for Replacement or Merchandise Cost Refund.  As long as items are returned in the same mint condition as received, you can then return it at your shipping expense for a refund of the full merchandise price but not shipping costthe item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. (We cannot accept personalized items for return unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction, or the personalization is inaccurate, e.g. spelling errors. We are not liable for customer's mistake in placing the order.)

The party ordering a specific logo, text or design agrees not to hold Peiling Ceramics responsible for trademark or copyright infringements.  You are responsible for the trademark you provide us.
