Shipping Info
Delivery Schedule
Each item is custom-made and created individually for you or your recipient. Therefore, the production timeframe may vary with the products you order. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for UPS Ground Transit and the following number of days for production:

Non-personalized items (3 to 5 business days)

Personalized items (5 to 7 business days) / Customized items (7 to 10 business days)

For special occasions with specific deadline, please email or contact us before or after placing your order to find out if we can expedite your order.

We double our inventory during holiday season, most items can be shipped within 3 days(personalized or non-personalized). If you place your order and we calculate that the arrival time will not make it before the 25th of December, we will contact you immediately for re-confirmation of your order.
Order Tracking
TRACKING NUMBER will be automatically sent to your email the same day your items are shipped. If you already know your tracking number and would like to check the status of your package, please click here UPS Online Tracking.
How We Handle Extra Shipping Cost
OVERSIZE PACKAGE OR EXPRESS SHIPMENT. If you select any "Express" service other than "Ground", your shipping will be calculated base on weight and package dimensions. Since UPS does not provide the tool to capture dimensions, we will notify you if changes occur and request your approval prior to shipment. We estimate that changes on shipping cost occurs mostly on huge oversize packages only.
DROP SHIPMENT. If you're shipping direct to someone other than your own address, please verify the person's correct address to eliminate Returned Package and Reshipped Cost.
CORRECT AND COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. All shipments are dispatched as "Residential" delivery to eliminate UPS correction fees. Please double check your shipping information. If a package has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete customer supplied shipping address, the customer will be charged a $5.00 UPS address correction fee. Shipping Method
DOMESTIC. We also ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico at no extra cost via US Postal Office, please select UPS Ground for compatible rates when you checkout.
INTERNATIONAL. All international orders are handled individually. Email us with your item and shipping address, and we'll send you a quote for your total. Our stores ship to all locations worldwide. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

Shipping is always a cost in internet shopping. Some companies increase the price of each item to offer free shipping or lower the prices and increase the cost of shipping. We believe our customers save the most with the UPS online tool as our primary method to show the lowest and actual price.
